Villa Abimanyu I comprises a single-storey grass-thatched roofed pavilions linked by black-washed stone pathways, 6 x 3 meters swimming pool surrounded by private garden and pool deck. Closest to the entrance is the open-sided pavilion with a folded-door to the living room, dining and kitchen area behind. This pavilion is having an exposed ceiling featured with an overhead fan. To one side is the pavilion housing the 1st and 2nd guest bedrooms overlooking the pool and garden.
The living room have a comfy sofa, flat screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player whilst the fully equipped kitchen is next to the 6 seating dining table.
This villa have a connecting lockable back-door access to Villa Abimanyu II and both can be rented to give a 5 bedroom villa for families or groups of friends.
Villa Abimanyu I consists of two bedrooms that overlook the pool and garden. All have comfy beds, air-conditioner, white clean ceramic floor, bed-side tables with lamps, wardrobe with table, chair and dressing mirror.
The en-suite bathrooms have a rain shower with cold & hot water running, bath-tubs and wash basin with mirror.
Situated in a sensational location of Seminyak, Abimanyu Villas are approximately 25 minutes drive from the airport and only a minute away from Jalan Raya Seminyak and Jalan Dhyana Pura.
Ask anyone who knows about Bali and they will say that Seminyak is where it’s all happening. Just north of Kuta and Legian, Seminyak offers an amazing shopping and nightlife experience and is within easy reach to an endless variety of incredible restaurants from fine dining to casual warungs. If you’re after pumping nightlife, that’s also just a short walk away in Jalan Dhyana Pura (Jalan Camplung Tanduk).
Take a 10 minutes walk from Abimanyu Villas to the Seminyak’s beachfront, and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Then, a further 5 minutes south along the beach will take you to more beachfront restaurants, or head north to the infamous KuDeTa or La Lucciola.
