Villa Abimanyu III comprises a two-storey pavilion linked by black-washed stone pathways, 6 x 3 meters swimming pool and a private garden. The 1st bedroom is positioned in the ground floor and the 2nd bedroom is upstairs. The open-plan living room provides a comfy sofa, flat screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player whilst the fully equipped kitchen and 6 seating dining area are located on the left side of the main pavilion.
This 2 bedroom villa can be rented individually, 4 bedrooms with Villa Abimanyu I, 5 bedrooms with Villa Abimanyu II and 7 bedrooms with the whole 3 villas (Villa Abimanyu I, II and III) suitable for big families or large groups.
Villa Abimanyu III have 2 bedrooms. The 1st bedroom is located in the ground level, furnished with air-conditioning, queen-sized bed, white clean ceramic floor, bedside tables with lamps, wooden cabinet, table with chair and dressing mirror. The bathroom have bath-tub with hot & cold water shower, wash basin and wooden-framed dressing mirror.
The 2nd bedroom is in upstairs, offering queen-sized bed, air-conditioning, white clean ceramic floor, bedside tables with lamps, wooden table with chair and dressing mirror. The bathroom have rain shower with hot & cold water running, wash basin with wooden-framed dressing mirror.
Situated in a sensational location of Seminyak, Abimanyu Villas are approximately 25 minutes drive from the airport and only a minute away from Jalan Raya Seminyak and Jalan Dhyana Pura.

Just north of Kuta and Legian, Seminyak offers an amazing shopping and nightlife experience and is within easy reach to an endless variety of incredible restaurants from fine dining to casual warungs. Take a 10 minutes walk from Abimanyu Villas to the Seminyak’s beachfront, and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Then, a further 5 minutes south along the beach will take you to more beachfront restaurants, or head north to the infamous KuDeTa or La Lucciola.
