Situated on 700m2 of land, with 5 spacious bedrooms all with en-suites, a fun swimming pool, large outdoor living/dining area, indoor lounge room and a sizeable garden. Villa Amaya is ideal for families and large groups wanting to have a memorable time in a superbly comfortable villa and suits just about any holiday get together.

Located on the boarder of Legian and Seminyak just off the popular street of Jalan 66 (or Jalan Arjuna), conveniently located between the beach and the main street of Jalan Seminyak. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars and shopping areas as well as only a 400m walk to the famous Seminyak Beach.

Renovated in 2013 and continually serviced, Villa Amaya has been developed by a family unit that has resided in Bali for over 35 years. With knowledge and experience of living in a tropical climate the villa has been created to be versatile, comfortable & enjoyable, so that guests to Villa Amaya will be able to fully enjoy their holiday.

With a great sense of style and understanding of how to make a group holiday space enjoyable, Villa Amaya has been designed with the thoughts of how to best cater for guests. Villa Amaya has been set up for a wide variety of groups to ensure that the needs of different peoples are accommodated with the greatest flexibility.

For Families

For families with young children Villa Amaya has been especially designed for comfort and safety. With a removable pool fence included in our offerings, we ensure that young children are secure from water threats, so just let us know if you want the pool fence and we can have it ready for your holiday.

The indoor living room is perfect place to beat the heat, we have stair doors, so kids can’t go up, and all rooms are lockable. We can also help with sourcing nannies.

We can also include baby cots, and high chairs and strollers for you as well when you book direct with us or with Total Bali.

For Groups

With 2 rooms having specially designed bed frames to ensure that they can be set up as single or double beds in a Hollywood twin configuration, we can set up to have 7 beds available in the 5 rooms, as well as being able to add more mattresses if needed.

For smaller groups, we have made the villa pricing flexible to ensure that groups using 3 and 4 bedrooms can also enjoy Villa Amaya as well, and if you are lucky to be coming last minute we can help with booking rooms at Villa Amaya and you might get the whole villa for yourself.

Holidaying your way

If you have an idea for your holiday, Villa Amaya will make sure that it becomes a reality. With the intentions of having all the creature comforts of home on your holiday.

We have priced our villas affordably and as such we don’t include breakfast, but if you want our staff to cook for you, then all you have to do is pay for the ingredients, and they will shop, cook and clean up after you. If you want lunch or dinner organised then we can have our chef come in for $50 a meal, and you pay for the groceries.

Housekeepers

The villa housekeepers, are in charge of general housekeeping, assisting chef in the kitchen and other household duties. Gardener Yos is in charge of keeping the lovely gardens in immaculate condition as well as having the ability to help assist you with orgainsing your holiday needs, he is very handy addition to the team.

Services Villa Manager

Villa manager, Putu not only greets you upon arrival at the villa but makes a point of introducing you to all the staff. On call or at the villa during the day, the amiable and easy-going Putu is flexible according to guests’ needs and schedule. She can help information about the local area, answering anything from where to buy the finest wines to what’s the ‘in’ new place in Seminyak.

Night Staff

Once the staff, leave the villa the night time staff will come and take over to ensure that you are in safe hands at night. They will also ensure that your basic needs are looked after.
