Villa Ava consists of two bedrooms luxury villas designed by local architects CV. Tiga Utama Karya and is situated in the heart of fashionable Oberoi. The villas are a short walk to the beach and only 200 meter from some of Oberois favorite restaurants and bars such as Ultimo, Trattoria, Rumours, La Favela, Mykonos, La Luciola, Potato Head, Merah Putih, The Sarong, Metis, MAMA San, Ku De Ta, Warisan and many others. Each villa has been designed with luxury in mind and finished with the highest quality materials and workmanship. The use of natural stones, fabrics and local artwork give the villas a truly elegant feel.

Villa Ava is set in a quiet compound less than 100 meter from the main road in the center of Oberoi. The international airport is about 30 minutes away. Many interesting shops are right on the main street near the villa; it’s about 1km to the beach, and a few minutes by walk distance to an increasing number of fashionable restaurants including Ultimo, Trattoria, Rumours, La Favela, Mykonos, La Luciola, Potato Head, Merah Putih, The Sarong, Metis, MAMA San, Ku De Ta, Warisan and many others.
