Villa Esha seminyak I is a cozy villa perfectly nestled in the central of Seminyak. As you enter through the front gate you are standing in the modern stone walled parking area for motor cycles that has 2 separate entrances to the main villa or the attached suite. Once though the second gate you will be awed by the view of large swimming pool that wraps around this impressive 2-story villa that stands among lush trees and lovely gardens.
Esha Villa Seminyak is located with easy access off either Jalan Basangkasa Seminyak or Jalan Drupadi. The Gang in front of the villa has no vehicle access (except motor cycle) and hence it becomes a quiet tranquil setting amongst large established gardens and trees even though it is located in the main part of Seminyak.

The living area of the villa is open style featuring a comfortable lounge/TV area and recessed daybed (which can double as an additional bed). On either side of this area is open space with room to move, sit, play or relax looking at the large stone lined pool and gardens.
The villa is a 5 bedroom villa. All bedrooms are large master style bedrooms with outdoor ensuites, gardens, high ceilings, large picture windows, great comfortable king size beds and quality linen. There are 5 large master bedrooms, four with king size double beds and one with twin singles bed that can form into another master bedroom.
The adjoining 5th bedroom is like a suite with own private courtyard, private gate access and kitchenette. All bedrooms have their own open style en-suite bathrooms, flat screen TV’s, DVD’s, air conditioning, fans, wardrobes, safety box, robe, reading light and hair dryers.The en-suites have showers, large vanity’s, large mirrors, toilet, towels, soaps, and shampoos.
The kitchen is fully equipped with hotplate, large refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettles and relevant utensils and crockery. The kitchen bench also has a breakfast bar are with 3 stools. The dining area has a large table and 10 large rattan chairs to seat all persons in comfort.
At night time it has a lovely atmosphere with mood lighting above the table and in the surrounding gardens.The pool is very large with a deep section for diving and swimming and a shallow section to the side for young children etc to play.
