The garden features a stunning lagoon-shaped swimming pool with tropical islands in the middle and a separate shallow pool for the kids.

There are ponds with fountains and grassy lawns where kids can run around or play in the shade of mature tropical trees.

The pool is flanked by a timber sun-tanning deck furnished with luxurious white rattan long chairs and day-beds. Follow the little stairs up to find a stone sun deck with even more reclining chairs where you can soak up the sun to the view of the garden and pool. This sundeck overlooks the kiddies pool that overflows to the main pool – perfect for parents wanting to relax and sunbathe while keeping an eye on the kids.

The living room and dining room are both fully air-conditioned and designed with glass doors that slide open to the sun-deck outside.

The living room is a light-filled space featuring a chic leather sofa with a matching coffee table, a library of books and a huge flat-screen TV with satellite channels, DVD-player and surround sound speakers. On the other side of the book closet, there is an office space with garden views. The dining room features a whitewashed 10-seater timber dining table, illuminated by 3 hand-beaten copper lamps in the evening.

Adjoined, you will find the kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art kitchen appliances and it also features a breakfast bar with high chairs to sit and enjoy a cup of Nespresso in the morning. There is a high-tech fridge with double doors and even a wine fridge to keep them at the perfect temperature. Upstairs on the first floor of this double-storey building, there is a breezy terrace and a billiard table.

The Bedroom

Villa Khajuraho houses 4 decadent villa suites. The master bedroom and 2 of the guest bedrooms are located up on the first floor of the main building, featuring stunning garden views.

The 3rd guest bedroom is tucked in a separate garden pavilion – a traditional teak wood Javanese house with a high soaring rooftop and rustic interiors, great for those who would like to have a bit of extra privacy. All 4 bedrooms are equipped with AC and each bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom to shower and/or enjoy a hot bath.
